If we haven't met before, my name is Dollyi mehul Somaiya.

From a 6-Year-Old on a Blanket… to 50 Years of Yoga

When I was six, I tried yoga for the first time. No mat, no fancy gear — just a blanket on the floor and a curious little girl giving it a go.

I didn’t know it then, but I’d found something that would stay with me for life.

Fast forward fifty years — and fifteen years of teaching — I’ve shared yoga with hundreds of people, helping them feel more relaxed, more energised, and more joyful.

My classes are light-hearted, filled with movement, breath, and a few laughs along the way. We take care of the body, soothe the mind, and make self-care something you actually look forward to.
