Meet Your Teacher – Gaurav Gaur 

We are delighted to share that this Deep Dive will be led by Gaurav Gaur, an Accomplished Cornell University Engineer and a Meditation & Breathwork Expert.

With over 25 years of experience, Gaurav has been guiding people from all walks of life towards inner peace, clarity, and deep rest through powerful breathwork and meditation practices. He has travelled widely across Europe, often sharing the stage with Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, touching and inspiring thousands along the way.

His presence is both grounding and uplifting, a beautiful opportunity to learn from someone who embodies wisdom, compassion, and joy.
