The Online Art of Silence Retreat is a deeply nourishing weekend to rest, recharge, and reconnect with yourself from the comfort of home.

Here is everything you need to prepare ...


Program Dates & Times

(All times are AEST – NSW, VIC, QLD, ACT. SA participants, please join 30 mins earlier.)

  • Sunday 28 Dec – 6am to 7:30pm

  • Monday 29 Dec – 6am to 7:30pm

  • Tues 30 Dec – 6am to 2.30pm

Please log in 10 minutes early each day so we can begin promptly.


Daily Schedule (approx.)

  • Morning Sadhana (yoga, breathing & meditation): 6am – 7.45am

  • Breakfast & Break: 7:45am – 9.30am

  • Session 1: 9.30am – 12:30pm

  • Lunch & Break: 12.30pm – 2pm

  • Session 2: 2pm – 5pm

  • Dinner & Break: 5pm – 6.30pm

  • Session 3: 6.30pm – 7:30pm (No evening session on Sunday. On Sunday the course will end by 2.30pm)


The Course will take place on Zoom.

 

You will get your login details via email before the course begins. 


What to Bring

  • A fully charged device with stable internet

  • Headphones or speakers (optional, helpful for sound quality)

  • Yoga mat, cushion or comfortable chair

  • Water bottle

  • Shawl or blanket

  • Notebook & pen (only for Day 1)

  • Comfy clothing

  • A quiet, private space


Preparing Your Space

  • Make sure your space is well lit and ventilated

  • Let your household know you’ll need quiet and privacy

  • Avoid eating during sessions (breaks are provided)

  • Have everything set up before we start

  • If you have pets or children, arrange care in advance

  • Do your grocery shopping before Friday so that you have no need to travel or interact with others.


Meals & Lifestyle Support

For the best experience, we recommend:

  • light vegetarian diet (avoid meat, seafood, garlic, onions, fried foods, sugar, caffeine)

  • No alcohol, smoking or recreational drugs

  • Freshly cooked, light, simple, home-cooked meals

  • Avoid overeating or snacking between meals
