We are now offering an Introductory Session so that you can learn the most powerful, stress-busting breath-meditation practice of our time.

Heralded by Harvard Medical School and International Journal of Yoga as a fundamental tool for maintaining and improving mental health, SKY has been scientifically proven to quickly calm anxiety, release stress, balance the autonomic nervous system and boost immunity.

In this introductory session, you will experience guided meditation and learn more about how to master your mind through your own breath.

After the session you’ll also have an opportunity to register for the Happiness Program, where you’ll learn and practice many more powerful tools, including SKY, which you’ll have for your daily home practice
