  • What to Bring: A yoga mat, water bottle, etc
  • Attire: Comfortable clothing suitable for light stretching and relaxation
  • Who Can Join: Everyone is welcome! This session is designed for all levels, from beginners to experienced practitioners.
  • Important Note: This session is an introduction to yoga, breathwork, and meditation and does not include the SKY (Sudarshan Kriya) Breathing Technique.
  • Arrival: Please arrive 5 minutes early to settle in .
