Sahaj Samadhi Meditation (Art of Living)

An effortless, deeply restorative meditation technique that takes you beyond relaxation - into true inner stillness.

Meet Your Teacher

Meggan Brummer is a senior Art of Living meditation teacher and senior Yoga Australia teacher, with decades of personal practice and teaching experience. Her approach is calm, clear and grounded, making meditation feel simple, accessible and immediately useful.

Most forms of meditation help you relax the mind.

Sahaj Samadhi takes you deeper.

“Sahaj Samadhi taught me not just to relax, but to access a deep inner stillness I didn’t know was possible.” — Dr Jennifer Irwin, Psychiatrist

Using a simple, personalised mantra, the mind is allowed to settle and then transcend - moving beyond thought, beyond effort, and into a state of deep rest and awareness.

This is not concentration or control. It’s a natural process where the mind effortlessly drops into stillness.

Why this meditation is different

  • No concentration or control required

  • No need to “clear the mind” or be free from thoughts

  • Effortless and easy to practise

  • Takes you beyond relaxation into transcendence

While many techniques keep you at the level of the thinking mind, Sahaj Samadhi allows access to a deeper layer of consciousness - a state of quiet alertness and inner fullness.

“I feel so much more balanced and clear after each meditation - it’s subtle but powerful.”
- Priya K., Melbourne
