Notes

The Sri Sri Yoga Deep Dive Retreat (SSYDDR) is a specially designed retreat which includes advanced yogic detox processes with a profound impact on the body and the mind. When the body is cleansed, the mind comes to a stillness. When the mind rests, you find a relaxation deeper than the deepest sleep. And that is samadhi.

Anchored in the thousands of years of authentic Vedic tradition, knowledge, advanced pranayamas and meditations, plus special processes remove blockages from our physical and subtle bodies. The SSYDDR is you returning back to your source, reaffirming your commitment to your own wellbeing and moving deeper into this beautiful path of yoga . The sense of expansion, inner peace and freedom that comes from a deep cleanse and taking time for yourself and your yogic practices stays wtiih you as you move forward into higher awareness and greater committmentment to your own helath and wellbeing.

For sustainable progress on the spiritual path, experience the Sri Sri Yoga Deep Dive Retreat!
