Timings:

• Session begins at 9:00am sharp
• We wrap up by 10:30am so you can enjoy the rest of your day refreshed and recharged!

Cost:

• Suggested donation of $5-10 helps to cover venue costs

What to Bring:

• A yoga mat or blanket
• Something warm to cover yourself with in cooler weather

IMPORTANT: We are taking a break for the holidays. There will be no session in Redfern after 2nd December. We will resume as normal from the first Sunday of the new year: 6th January. Enjoy the break!
